It’s yoga at its finest. stylish, hip scenes that are set to rock music captured in the most stunning spots in NYC. Routine One includes 60 minutes of a vigorous and graceful yoga, with Tara teaching the basics and helping you master more advanced movements using her precise technique and expert guidance. In addition, she will teach you four bonus routines Tara goes on street level in New York City, testing your skills with what can be called Yoga Art.

It’s also a good idea to get out of your comfort zone every once in a while and try something new, like a different kind of yoga or a different kind of practise. This will help you broaden your perspective.

This may come naturally to some students, but for others the thought of stepping out of the comfort of their own personal yoga bubble may be intimidating.

Because of this, it is really important to share your experiences with yoga with other people, particularly with friends who aren’t too convinced about yoga yet or who are working to improve in certain areas.
